Do I need a consultation before my first cosmetic treatment?
Yes, a new patient consultation is required before your first cosmetic treatment. This allows Georgie to assess your suitability, understand your goals and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
How long do cosmetic treatment results last?
Results vary depending on the treatment and the individual. Georgie will discuss expected outcomes, longevity and any maintenance recommendations during your consultation.
Are cosmetic treatments safe?
Safety is always Georgie's number one priority. All treatments are performed by Registered Nurse Georgie following a thorough consultation and suitability assessment.
Laser Treatments
What laser treatments are available at The Clinic by Nurse Georgie?
We offer Laser Genesis for skin texture, tone and radiance, and CoolView using the Cutera Excel V+ for vascular and pigmentation concerns. Both treatments are performed by Registered Nurse Georgie.
Do I need a consultation before laser treatment?
A consultation is required before your first CoolView treatment. Laser Genesis can be booked directly online, however a consultation is always available if you'd like guidance on the most suitable option for your skin.
Is there any downtime with laser treatments?
Laser Genesis requires no downtime at all. CoolView may result in mild redness or swelling that generally settles within a few days. Georgie will discuss what to expect at your appointment.
How many laser treatments will I need?
This varies depending on your skin concerns and goals. Georgie will provide a personalised treatment plan and recommendation at your consultation.
Can laser treatments be combined?
Yes. Laser Genesis is often recommended following CoolView treatment to support ongoing collagen and elastin stimulation and improve overall skin texture, tone and quality.
Advanced Dermal Therapy
What is medical skin needling?
Medical skin needling uses our medical-class Code X device from Cryomed to create 5,500 micro channels per second, stimulating collagen and elastin production to target pigmentation, fine lines, acne and scar tissue.
What boosters are available with microneedling?
We offer three booster options — NCTF 135 HA, Exomide Exosomes and Laser Genesis — each targeting different skin concerns. Georgie will recommend the most appropriate booster for your skin at your appointment.
Is there downtime after microneedling?
You can expect mild redness and sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours following treatment. Georgie will provide a full aftercare plan at your appointment.
What is BioRePeel?
BioRePeel is a biphasic skin treatment that exfoliates the outer skin layer while delivering revitalising ingredients including TCA, amino acids and vitamins deep into the skin. It stimulates collagen production and cell turnover for radiant, smoother and firmer skin with minimal to no downtime.
Is BioRePeel suitable for all skin types?
Yes, BioRePeel is suitable for all skin types and all seasons of the year. It is a popular choice for clients looking for a clinically active treatment with no downtime and immediate visible results.
What does Dermalux LED Light Therapy do?
Dermalux LED Light Therapy uses clinically proven light wavelengths to gently support the skin's natural processes, including rejuvenation, repair and managing breakout-prone skin. It can be used as a standalone treatment or added on to any service on our treatment menu.
Medi Facials & Peels
What medi facials are available at the clinic?
We offer the Dermalux LED Facial, the Clinical Hydration Treatment and the Barrier Recovery Treatment. Each is designed to address specific skin concerns with minimal to no downtime.
Is there any downtime after a medi facial?
No. All of our medi facial treatments are designed with your lifestyle in mind, and none require any downtime. You can return to your normal routine immediately following your appointment.
Which medi facial is right for me?
That depends on your skin concerns and goals. Georgie will assess your skin and recommend the most appropriate treatment during your consultation. If you're unsure, a consultation is always the best place to start.
Can medi facials be combined with other treatments?
Yes. The Dermalux LED Facial is particularly popular as an add-on to complement and enhance the results of other treatments. Georgie will advise on the best combination for your skin.
Rejuran Skin Biostimulators
What is Rejuran?
Rejuran is a next-generation skin biostimulator that uses polynucleotide technology to repair and regenerate the skin at a cellular level. It stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves elasticity, restores hydration and enhances overall skin quality.
What is the difference between Rejuran Face and Rejuran i?
Rejuran Face is designed for overall facial skin rejuvenation, while Rejuran i is a specialised formulation designed specifically for the delicate skin around the eyes, targeting fine lines, dark circles and skin laxity in the periorbital area.
Do I need a consultation before Rejuran?
Yes, a consultation is required before your first Rejuran treatment. Georgie will assess your suitability and develop an individualised treatment plan for you.
Is there downtime after Rejuran?
Mild swelling, redness or small injection site bumps may occur and generally settle within a few days. Georgie will provide a full aftercare plan at your appointment.

We stock Synergie Skin, an Australian-made, science-led cosmeceutical brand known for its high-performance formulations and Clean Science philosophy.
Can I purchase skincare without visiting the clinic?
Yes. Our online skincare store is available to approved clients. Please contact the clinic for access details.
